ABOUT THE FOUNDERS
We’re a local Langley family who, like many parents, found ourselves on the journey of choosing the right school for our
daughter as she prepares to start Kindergarten. With over 17 years of experience in education, we’ve supported students of all
ages through our learning centre, SKY Education, and helped teens thrive at SKY Secondary – both serving families in our local
community. But when it came time to find a school for our own little girl, we realized how challenging that decision truly was.
We visited several schools and saw how overwhelmed she felt – new classrooms, unfamiliar routines, and so many new faces.
We shared in her nervousness. What we were looking for wasn’t just a school with strong academics; we wanted a place where
she would feel safe, cared for, and genuinely excited to learn. It became clear that the kind of school we envisioned didn’t quite exist here in Langley –at least, not in the way we imagined. So, we took a leap of faith and created SKY Elementary School.
Our vision is rooted in something simple but powerful: small class sizes where every child is truly seen, a warm and nurturing
environment that feels like a second home, and a joyful approach to learning that balances strong academic foundations
with curiosity and creativity. We built SKY Elementary as the school we would want for our own daughter – a place where children can grow academically, socially, and emotionally with confidence and care. As parents and educators, our goal is to offer families the same peace of mind we seek: knowing their children are in a safe, supportive, and inspiring space that values their individuality and potential.
SKY Elementary is more than a school – it’s a community built with heart, and we’re so excited to welcome your family into it.

At SKY Elementary, we believe that a strong foundation in early education is the key to a child’s success throughout their entire learning journey. Our school is built on the values of traditional classroom learning, with a special focus on small class sizes that allow for individualized attention and meaningful teacher-student connections. * SKY Elementary School is currently undergoing the certification process with the Ministry of Education and Child Care. While it is not yet certified, the school is actively working toward meeting all requirements and anticipates receiving certification in time for a planned opening in September 2026. Please note that we will not be accepting registrations until the school receives certification.
